Where we meet

The club meets at Stafford Grammar School, Hyde Lea, Stafford, on Tuesday evenings during the winter, when we shoot indoors, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the summer, when we shoot outdoors at Rodbaston College. The school sports hall provides an excellent “all weather” facility during the winter.

We normally shoot outdoors in May, June, July and August.  Whilst the weather would allow shooting for a longer period, our evening timing means that we are limited by the available daylight!  We always look forward to the return of outdoor shooting, but our indoor facility means that shooting is guaranteed, which is more than can be said for the weather!

Outdoors - 18:00 - 21:00  -  Tuesday & Thursday (as light and allows)
Indoors - 18:00 - 21:00   -  Tuesdays only

It can accommodate a 20yd or 18m shoot.

Rodbaston Sportsfield

The beautiful surroundings of Rodbaston College offer us a large field suitable for outdoor competitions.

We now host a World Record Status competition there annually in late August
